Paul San Jose,  CA Alpinestars - S-MX 2 Boot I'm a sport bike rider and enjoy carving the canyons on the weekends. I also use the same bike to commute to work, and needed some practical low-cut boots that still had the same feel as my full size boots, but allowed me to wear them all day and walk comfortably. These Alpinestars S-MX 2 boots fit the bill perfectly, they have the same low-profile toe as the full-length sport boots that allow clean and easy gear shifts; they offer substantial protection for my feet (but not as much ankle protection as a full-length boot), and feel really comfortable for both riding and walking. I can definitely recommend these boots, and I think they are quite good value for the price.

Alex Braman Albany,  NY Great Boot I got these boos when I got my new 1997 Triumph Daytona T595. I had some trouble getting my work boots underneath the shift lever, so I looked at these boots for a thinner toe. When they showed up I had no trouble getting the toe underneath the shift lever. They are the most comfortable boot that I had for the street. I rode to work in these boots and I was able to work in the boots they are so comfortable.. I recommend these boots to who ever needs a boot for a sport bike. The sizing on them is great I wear a 7 got a 7 and it fit great.

Mike Atlanta,  GA Good fit / function for the money As an owner of another pair of Alpinestars boots which are full length, I wanted something a bit easier to walk around with. These boots fit the bill. Lightweight yet durable and comfortable. Not too hot with a decent amount of ventilation. Functionally, on the motorcycle, shifting is no problem. Grip is good as with any other Stars product.

Frank Greensboro,  NC Alpinestars - S-MX 2 Boot Boot is very comfortable for casual to aggressive street riding.. The fit is true to standard shoe sizes. Well built, good construction and support. I found no flaws in the fit and finish. I've had the boots less than a month but so far so good. I felt the boots were expensive, but they have the best quality for the price range. You get what you pay for. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Martin U. Phoenix,  AZ Boots at the printer station The other comments to ordering one-size smaller than the table recommendations was the right direction and for some two sizes down might work. I wear orthotics and they still fit, as a bit big in only one size down. I was surprised at the difference in cycle-driving confidence one has, when wearing such boots. I am a professional and have give into simply wearing them at work during the day without a change out. -Martin

Dave SoCal,  CA Alpinestars - S-MX 2 Boot These boots are great. Very comfortable and stylish for street riding with jeans. True to size. I wear a 10.5 and Euro size 45 is a perfect fit. Can shift comfortably and also comfortable for walking.
