GT O Fallon,  CA Vega Millenium jacket For the money the jacket is well made and sturdy. It incorporates some nice features; hand pockets complete with zippers and a large storage pouch in back. It has two inside pockets that are waterproof and is vented on the front. The only complaints I have with it are that the sleeves are not vented and have no closure device at all. Better wear gloves with gauntlets while wearing this one.
