Two Brothers Racing’s M series spring-mounted slip-on canisters all feature patented and exclusive lightweight thinwall die cast aluminum one-piece inlets. The exhaust note produced by all Two Brothers Top Level exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer’s straight through muffler canisters.
This canister bolts to your existing exhaust system directly replacing your stock muffler. You retain your original headers and “s-bend” pipe. This configuration not only adds horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. Reinstallation of the stock muffler, should the need ever arise, is very simple. This type of canister can only be mounted in the original canister position regardless of the bike.

Polished Aluminum
Aluminum is a lightweight and strong material used extensively in the aerospace, automotive, and of course, motorcycle industries. Aluminum is a wise choice due to its excellent strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and clean look. We use lightweight thin-wall .060” extruded 6061 aluminum alloy that is heat treated to a T-6 condition for increased strength, durability, hardness, and finish hold. After the aluminum has been heat treated, it is cut to length and given a mirror polished finish. Ounce for ounce, aluminum is the best value of all the M and C series mufflers. As a rule the aluminum mufflers weigh about 8.3oz. more than Titanium or Carbon Fiber mufflers.
