Each system meticulously built by hand; precision MIG and TIG welded
All stainless steel construction with chrome-plated steel flanges
Muffler canister is polished aluminum with stainless steel cap
The end caps are riveted in place and are easy to repack by drilling out and replacing the rivets
Mounting is accomplished via a welded-on mounting tab
Muffler packing is a special high-temperature sound-absorbing fiber material (repacking should always be done with this material)
All designs fully tested and dyno proven to provide maximum horsepower gain throughout the entire rpm range
