Description:
Reduced dimensions, breath-taking performance and an exclusive look are the features of the Arrow Race Tech line, the latest development in exhaust for 4-stroke superbikes. The typical rhomboidal-diamond shape was designed to reduce dimensions and weight as far as possible, while guaranteeing an optimal gas flow and thus great performance and acceptable noise level. The use of materials such as titanium, carbon fiber and stainless steel ensure reliability, even under extreme circumstances. The design of the end-cap is particularly innovative and reduces the counter pressure effects of combustion gasses as they are being shot out to the silencer.
The Competition line, totally designed and realized in the Arrow Special Parts R&D department, has been studied only for tuned bikes that will participate to racing events. This full exhaust system line represents the best of the Arrow production for competitions, granting the best performance together with the lightest weight possible: exhaust intermediate pipes are made of titanium to get the maximum of lightness; the header collectors are made of a special stainless steel of 0,8 mm thickness that insure non-deformability, performances and time resistance.
All these exhaust systems are equipped with the lambda sensor plug that helps on setting up the carburation (essential in all competitions). The exhaust silencer has a titanium sleeve with conical internal net that provides the best performance, while the noise level complies with the rules adopted in the different classes of competition (F.I.M.). The conicity of the pipes, the length, the diameter, etc. are different from those of the standard production; they are carefully checked and tested because the exhaust system performance depends on them, especially if used with racing purposes.

Race Full Exhaust System - Dr. D
Description: The unique attributes of the Dr. D’s step system allow for a more efficient intake stroke. It does this by resisting the reflective exhaust pulse during the intake/exhaust overlap. In plain language, the carefully tuned steps in the system allow for a lower net cylinder pressure, which gives a crisper throttle response from bottom to top. The key advantage of the Step System is improved low end response with substantial gain in the mid and top ranges. Dyno tests show a 3.6 horsepower increase at peak.
